Prom 2017

Over the weekend, I did 3 different makeup looks for my sister and her friends who attended prom. I decided use this opportunity to take some photos and create a small photo gallery of the steps I took to achieve these looks. Enjoy! Most makeup items I used will be listed in the captions under the photos.

After applying the eyebase, I dusted the crease with a skin tone shade and then began to deepen it up (as pictured)

After the eyes were completed, I used L’Oreal True Match foundation to even out the skin.
DSCF4807
Adding Tarte Shape Tape concealer to the underage and any spots.
DSCF4818
I used Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Bronzer, Tarte Amazonian Blush in Blushing Bride and BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector in Champagne Pop. The deep crease colour is Cabernet by Smashbox and the bright lid colour is Fireball by Urban Decay.

Finishing the eyebrows with Urban Decay Brow Box in Honey Pot.

After defining the crease with the Tartelette palette, I defined the lower lash with a chocolate brown. The main colour used on Jessie’s lid was L’Oreal Infallible Pressed Eyeshadow in Amber Rush.
DSCF4730
Adding highlight the nose with Champagne Pop and the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea highlighting palette.
DSCF4757
Filling in sparse areas of the bro with MAC Mystery eyeshadow. Lashes used on all three girls were Ardell Baby Wispies.

Katelyn

DSCF4838
Priming the eyelids. Katelyn didn’t want foundation, so I had to make sure the eyelids and undereyes were concealed and set well.
DSCF4840
Added MAC Omega into the crease to add definition.
DSCF4848
Defining the lash line with Too Faced Wanted black eyeshadow. I used the Too Faced Power of Makeup by Nikki Tutorials Palette to create this look.
DSCF4863
Highlighting the brow bone with the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea highlighting palette.
DSCF4865
I used the same bronzing and blushing products as Rebekah.

I had a blast doing these looks and the girls had lots of compliments!

Love,

Taylor xo
