Makeup of the Day – May 19, 2017: Using Only Cream Products!

I love the way my skin looks when I’m makeup free. I love the natural glow that I have when skin is able to breathe. Lately, I have been displeased with how my skin has been looking with medium to full coverage and set with powder. My skin looks and feels so dry and all I want to do when I come home is wash off my makeup. These days, I’d almost rather go makeup free every day, especially in the warmer spring weather.

However, there are some situations where I have to put on some type of face to look a bit more dressed up. Naturally, my lashes are light brown and my eyebrows are very fine so it is noticeable if I’m not wearing makeup. When I don’t feel like wearing a full face and want to look super glowy, I turn to cream products. These types of products sit on the skin much more naturally than powder products and I find them much quicker to use. Today I went for a look made up of entirely cream products; I only used a tiny bit of translucent powder on my chin and between my eyebrows. It was so easy to do, only uses a few products and a lot of it is drugstore!
